What Formatt is
Formatt is a platform built for founders and entrepreneurs who need to shape their ideas into something communicable. The product is currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive one email notification when your access spot becomes available. Nothing more.
Your data
When you join the waitlist, you provide an email address. That address is stored securely and used exclusively to notify you when Formatt opens your spot. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for any purpose beyond that single notification. You can request deletion of your email at any time by contacting us directly.
Waitlist & early access
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a subscription, or a binding agreement of any kind. It is an expression of interest. Formatt reserves the right to open access in any order, at any time, and to modify or close the waitlist without prior notice. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or to any specific pricing.
Early pricing
Any early pricing communicated to waitlist members is indicative and subject to change before the product launches. Nothing constitutes a binding offer until a formal purchase is completed on the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses to the waitlist. You agree not to attempt to manipulate your position through automated or fraudulent referrals. Formatt reserves the right to remove any entry from the waitlist that appears to violate these conditions.
No warranties
Formatt is a pre-launch product. The waitlist page, and any communications related to it, are provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding the final form of the product, its availability, its pricing, or its launch timeline. Use the waitlist at your own discretion.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page. Continued presence on the waitlist after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
